Since Secondary school, I have been creating unsettling and creepy digital art pieces, using a mixture of photography and layer blending. My work is set within the theme of horror, the pursuit of making viewers feel uneasy or curious about the content visible in my pieces or films. Utilizing my personal love for the genre, I try to include as many of my childhood influences in my work as possible (Silent Hill, POSTAL, urban legends, etc.). What motivates me to create these works is the endless pursuit of keeping my nostalgia close. I noticed I began to forget a lot more as I grew up, and so I want to keep making art that focuses on the interests I had growing up, hoping to hold onto them until the foreseeable future.
