Kim Zier

Kim Zier is a photographer I have occassionaly visited during my high school years when I was trying my hand in architecture. Her hollow and abandoned architecture work was what truly grabbed me. Her style for her photos are very grunge, with a low-key theme for some of her photos. The best photos to show her photography ability is her abandoned building photos, which are the photos that stay in my mind when I think of Kim.

Joe Redski

Joe Redski is another photographer I have been interested in, this time during my college year. His photography amazed me, making me believe he was some sort of photographer for Wes Andersen, who's film style is vaguely similar to Redski's work. The colours are enhanced, making every photo appear pastel, which is aesthetically pleasing to my eyes. His photography is what made me interested in editing differently in my future works.

Steven Irwin

Steven Irwin is a Cardiff-based landscape photographer. He mainly deals in high contrast, oversaturated pictures, layering trees, shadows, and architecture in most of his work. A lot of his work revolves around making the image, and then ripping or tearing them to give them a damaged quality. His oversaturation and ways of layering on top of the background and frame is what led me to some of my best works.

Masahiro ito

Masahiro Ito is an artist most well known for his work on the Silent Hill franchise, with most of his work consisting of character and monster designs. He is someone I have been looking into in order to capture tension and unease, and inspired me to start experimenting with turning myself into different nightmarish monsters. Even when not involving monsters, his eerie and almost surreal visual style keeps me interested in trying to make more moody or frightful pieces.
